Thinking Food Safety is a small family run business in the heart of Thundersley village. Run by Kevin Mills MCIEH, an Environmental Health Technical Officer and registered CIEH trainer.
 
As a small business you can be assured of a friendly, yet professional service at all times.

Kevin has been training and auditing since 2001 and whilst the company is still young, it continues to go from strength to strength.
Training Venue
We run training sessions across Essex at our clients business premises. In addition we run open courses at our training suite just off Progress Road in Leigh on Sea.
